High-performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
HPLC provides valuable data about a compound's purity, concentration and chemical properties by separating complex mixtures into individual components. In HPLC, high pressure is used to force a solvent containing a mixture of small particles through a column to separate complex mixtures into individual components. Based on the interaction with the column materials (stationary phase) and the solvent (mobile phase), HPLC can differentiate compounds in a variety of sample types. Types of HPLC methods offered include:
- Quantitative method development
- Chiral HPLC method development
- Semi-preparative (130 mL/min)
