Biodistribution
Biodistribution studies are critical to understanding the localization of your therapeutic after it has left the bloodstream. GD3 has extensive experience in tissue extraction and processing to facilitate these studies and can run these studies in non-diseased or diseased (including tumor-bearing) animals. We have conducted biodistribution studies for various therapeutics modalities such as small molecules, antibodies and antibody conjugates, siRNA, cellular therapeutics (CAR T, CAR NK, iPSCs), DNA therapeutics, nanoparticles, oncolytic virus, engineered cytokines and mRNA therapeutics.
